1. Pass the Elevator Pitch Test
If someone asks you:
“So what do you do?”
Can you answer in a way that makes them lean forward?
Not:

“I’m a coach.”

“I help with marketing.”

“I do fitness online.”
That’s vague. That’s boring. That doesn’t convert.
Instead, your offer should clearly state:

Who you help
-
The transformation you create

The mechanism you use
For example:

“I help dentists get 5–10 new patients per week using a predictable acquisition system.”

“I help coaches scale to $50K–$100K per month working 20 hours per week or less.”
Notice the specificity.
It’s not about the service.
It’s about the transformation.
2. Speak Their Language
If you’re helping dentists, don’t say “clients.”
Say “patients.”
If you’re helping roofers, don’t talk about “lead funnels” in abstract marketing terms.
Talk about:

Closed jobs

Seasonal demand
When your offer uses their vocabulary, they immediately feel understood.
And when they feel understood, they lean in.
3. Name the Mechanism
Your transformation gets attention.
Your mechanism builds authority.
