By obsessing over financial clarity—average order value, cohort analysis, and lifetime customer value (LTV)—he outlasted competitors who scaled too fast or too blind.

“Most people shut off their ads too soon. I just understood the numbers better—and I was willing to play the long game.”

Aaron’s advice for co-founders? Treat it like marriage. Shared values, communication, and growth are everything.

“Resentment destroys more partnerships than the market ever could.”

He also emphasizes radical honesty when hiring: knowing your own limitations, being transparent about what stage the business is in, and hiring accordingly.

“Sometimes you’re not ready for an A-player—and that’s okay. Just know where you are.”

“For the first time ever, intelligence isn’t at the top of the totem pole. Everyone has access to knowledge now. What wins is human connection—stamina, charisma, curiosity, and consistency.”
