Your Role: Sales Growth Coordinator (Appointment Setter)

Your Mission

Fuel company growth by connecting qualified members with meaningful enrollment conversations — ensuring every opportunity is captured, nurtured, and converted into momentum.

You Will Love To:

✅ Send ≥500 qualified outbound touches weekly through DMs, calls, and emails.
✅ Book ≥15 qualified appointments weekly with decision-makers who meet our founder criteria.
✅ Maintain an ≥85% show-up rate through intentional follow-ups and automated reminders.
✅ Convert ≥25% of your appointments into active sales opportunities.
✅ Keep 100% CRM accuracy daily for full visibility across the team.
✅ Innovate — testing new scripts, optimizing timing, and improving workflows every week.
✅ Represent our brand with warmth, clarity, and conviction in every message.
